Deposits are due at the time of booking to secure your place. The reaminng balance will be due 60 days before the retreat start date.

Refunds:

Please note that prior to 60 days from the retreat start date deposits can be returned minus a £10 administrative fee.

Having paid the remaining balance if you need to cancel within 30 days of the retreat start date the full fee is non-refundable unless another participant is found to take your place, in which case your full fee minus the deposit will be gladly refunded.

In the unlikely event it becomes necessary to cancel the retreat all payments will be returned.
